How To Choose The Right Beachbody Coach

There are many Team Beachbody Coaches out there today. Some are actively building their businesses. Others are just using the opportunity for the discount. And believe it or not there are even some people who don’t even know they are a coach at all. So you definitely need to “shop around” for a Coach that fits for you. Here are some qualities that you should look for while searching:

  • First and foremost you should look for leadership. Not only in the coach themselves but also in the team. You should definitely ask how the coach leads their team and also the leadership in that particular coach’s upline.
  • Guidance – The coach you choose should be able to guide you through the mass amount of information out there. And also put you on the right path. This may be a simple business but there is a lot to learn.
  • Support – Your coach should be there for you when you need them, within reason of course. Whether it be through email, text messages or on the phone your coach should definitely make themselves available to you.
  • Motivation is also another important quality. Knowing how to push without pushing is another great quality to look for.
  • Knowledge is something else you should look for. Not only with the business and how to talk to people but also with the products and how to handle customers.

The Beachbody Coach Opportunity is great for those that are motivated and willing to work. But it’s very important to have the right coach to show you the ropes. These were just a few qualities that you should be looking for. Ask a lot of questions and find out about the person first. This is after all a business about relationships! Ask lots of questions and find someone that fits your needs. Good Luck!

Staying Healthy and Fit While Traveling

Many of us today find ourselves traveling more and more for work. You have to go where the work is right? Well more and more of us are also finding our health and fitness going to the wayside because of it. It’s hard to eat right and exercise when we’re always on the go but if you want to continue staying healthy,  exercising and eating healthy is a must! Here are just a few ways to stay fit while traveling:

  • Buy resistance bands – Although many hotels have gyms, many do not. So get some resistance bands and put them in your suitcase. They are lightweight and take up hardly any space. This way you can get your weight training in.
  • Pack your shoes and clothes – I, personally, had a separate book bag for my workout clothes and shoes. And also a small shoe bag with a little baby powder for my sneakers. If you bring them with you then that eliminates another excuse to not workout.
  • Buy an at home workout program – Programs like P90X, Insanity, 10 Minute Trainer and RevAbs are great to take on the road with you. Just bring your DVD’s along, pop them into your laptop and go to town. That in combination with the resistance bands and you’ll have yourself a rockin workout while staying healthy too!
  • Avoid fast food restaurants – Instead of going to the usual fast food chains, find a grocery store and get a fresh made sandwich and salad for dinner. Not only are they packed with protein and good carbs but the right salad is nutrient dense and will keep you fuller longer.
  • Keep fresh fruit on hand – Most hotels provide continental breakfasts now so grab an apple and banana from the hotel in the morning with your coffee. Snack on those instead of donuts and cakes to avoid unnecessary calories and junk. Removing junk from your diet is a good step towards staying healthy.

These are just a few pointers to help you stay healthy on the road. Don’t fall prey to what I like to call “the traveling salesman syndrome”. With all the great at-home fitness programs and supplements out there, there is no reason to not workout and stay fit.
